David W. Ichel

David W. Ichel serves as a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals, while also being listed on the Arbitrator and Mediator Rosters of the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. David has extensive experience as a mediator and arbitrator for complex civil litigation, commercial, and insurance matters. Additionally, David is a member of the CPR Institute's Panel of Distinguished Neutrals and serves as a certified arbitrator and mediator for ARIAS-U.S. and Federal Arbitration, Inc. Since 2011, David has been a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke University School of Law, teaching Complex Civil Litigation. David has been a Life Member of The American Law Institute and previously chaired the editorial board for Judicature. David holds a JD, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and a BA, summa cum laude, from Duke University.
