Leanne Nolan has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Firstsource until 2013. Leanne then joined HCL Technologies, where they held various roles, including Deputy Escalations Manager and Escalation Manager, managing executive customer care agents and implementing process improvements. In 2018, they moved to CPM Ireland as an Insights and Connections Manager before joining eir Ireland as the Fixed CVM Planning Manager in 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a Customer Campaign Planner at permanent tsb. Their most recent position, starting in 2021, is Head of Customer Experience at The Irish Times, where they also worked as a Digital Subscriptions Executive.

Leanne Nolan completed a certified Digital Marketing Professional CDMP degree from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2021. Leanne also studied Digital Marketing at Cenit College in 2020-2021.
