Keith Yoneda

Keith Yoneda has over 20 years of experience in retail management. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at The Islander Group, where they oversee the daily operations of two warehouses and the Kauai operation. Previously, they served as the General Manager at Petco from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they were a Store Manager at Longs Drugs from 2019 to 2021, responsible for managing a team of 60 colleagues and focusing on customer satisfaction. Keith also has extensive experience at Target, where they held various executive team leadership positions from 2008 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Store Director at Steve & Barry's and Toys"R"Us, and as a Merchandise Manager at Kmart. Keith has consistently demonstrated their ability to effectively manage teams, drive sales, and enhance customer relationships throughout their career.

From 1994 to 1998, Keith Yoneda attended the University of Hawaiʻi - Shidler College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.
