Grace Choy

Grace Choy is a skilled chef and recipe developer, who has been with ChoyChoy 蔡菜館 since January 2010. Grace is also a cooking video contributor for China Daily and a columnist for The Japan Times. In addition, Grace serves as a contributing writer for 東洋経済新報社（Toyo Keizai Inc.）since January 2024. Grace Choy received their education from Cavendish College in London.
