David To is an experienced System Analyst at Jardine Engineering Corporation since March 2022, where David leads the technical development of JEDI. Prior to this role, David worked as an Application Developer at DaXtra Technologies from October 2020 to February 2022 and as a Senior Analyst Programmer at Shiji Group from July 2017 to October 2020. David began a career in the technology field as a Student Technical Assistant at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from January 2016 to July 2017, where responsibilities included mentoring students in Android and Arduino programming, basic electronics, and aerodynamic design related to airship construction. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, completed in 2017.
