Mike Decker

Mike Decker has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mike started their career at Marathon Petroleum Corporation where they held various progressive titles and roles for 15 years. Mike then worked at Statoil, a subsidiary of the Statoil Group, where they served as Vice President & General Manager in different locations. After that, they worked at American Electric Power as the Director of Retail, Commercial & Industrial Business Development. Mike then joined Strategic Energy LLC as the Business Development Manager for Eastern Region Key Accounts, followed by a role at Usource as the Director of Business Development. Before their current position, Mike worked at Comverge, Inc as the Director of Operations and Business Development for the Western Region. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at The Job Center Staffing, a rapidly growing temporary staffing company.

Mike Decker attended Riverdale High School from 1970 to 1974. Mike then went on to The University of Findlay, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Accounting from 1975 to 1979.
