Laura Conley Rose

Laura Conley Rose is an experienced IT Relationship Manager at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Laura served at SparkPost, a MessageBird company, for 15 years, progressing from Director of Customer Success to Vice President of Customer Success, where leadership of a team of Technical Account Managers was a key responsibility. Laura has also worked as a Senior Consultant at The Seva Group and Accenture, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, completed in 1996.
