Libby Smith, CDSP, currently serves as a Wealth Management Search Consultant at Judson Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Libby was the Vice President of Growth and Development at Centura Wealth Advisory, where responsibilities included talent sourcing and supporting acquisitions. Libby has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at LPL Financial and as a Senior Recruiter at Houzz, where achievements included hiring over 10 sales candidates monthly and managing a pipeline of candidates. Libby's earlier roles include Recruiting Manager at FortuneBuilders, where significant improvements in hiring efficiency and process creation were accomplished.
