Maria Truong SHRM-CP is an experienced Human Resources and Learning & Development professional currently serving as a Restaurant Management Consultant at Kaizen Business Partners since September 2024. At The Juicy Crab Inc since May 2021, Maria holds the position of HR Business Partner / Learning & Development, overseeing employee relations and training for over 48 franchise restaurants. Previously, Maria was a Learning and Development Manager where responsibilities included collaborating with senior management and designing training programs. Maria also worked as a Training Leader and Manager at Panda Restaurant Group, focusing on operational excellence and leadership development.
