Alexis Gordon

Alexis Gordon is a LGBTQ+ Practice Intern at The Kaleidoscope Group, where they research and generate data about the LGBTQ+ community in the workforce nationally and globally. Prior to this, they served as a COVID-19 Just Recovery Fellow at Deaconess Foundation, where they were appointed interim executive assistant to the CEO and researched Black-led non-profits. They also have experience as a People Advisory Services Intern at EY, a Youth Leadership Council Intern at Healthy and Free Tennessee, a Strategy and Innovation Intern at St. Louis County, and a Diversity and Inclusion Intern at Centene Corporation. Alexis studied at Vanderbilt University and the Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies.
