Orlando Bishop serves as the President of Align Performance since July 2011, focusing on helping organizations achieve high performance through goal alignment and strategic implementation. Simultaneously, Orlando has been involved with The Kaleidoscope Group since October 2011, holding multiple roles including Senior Facilitator and Vice President of both Marketing Content and Development, where responsibilities encompass coaching business units and creating development plans for individuals. Additionally, Orlando is the President of Unshackled Entertainment Inc. and previously held the role of Partner at Realize Partners. With a solid foundation in management and performance consulting, Orlando has been instrumental in developing proprietary methodologies and coaching programs across various sectors. Orlando's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and ongoing studies in Seth Godin's altMBA program.
