Sarah Allan

Sarah Allan currently serves as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Research Specialist with The Kenjya-Trusant Group LLC, working on behalf of USAID's Bureau for Inclusive Growth, Partnership, and Innovation since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah was a Performance Monitoring Specialist and previously held various positions including Program Analyst and Program Assistant within USAID's Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning at Highlight Technologies from September 2017 to November 2022. Experience includes a temporary role as an HR Administrative Assistant at Innovative Management & Technology Approaches, Inc., and an Analyst position at Harkcon, Inc. Sarah's early career featured roles in athletic management at The George Washington University, enhanced by a strong academic background with a Master’s Degree in Urban Development Planning from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from The George Washington University.
