Martin James has extensive experience in research, strategy, and development within the educational sector. At the Kenya Institute of Management since October 2018, Martin has led initiatives such as the Board Diversity and Inclusion Report, aimed at enhancing gender equality in Kenya. Significant accomplishments include developing business intelligence reporting strategies that resulted in a 22% market share increase and overseeing the successful implementation of a World Bank project with high attendance and completion rates. Previously, Martin held roles that included launching net promoter score surveys and analyzing data to drive sales growth.
