Thomas Paterson has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Thomas started their career at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando, where they worked as a PBX/Front Desk Agent, handling guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and resolving guest issues. Thomas later became a Bellman, assisting guests with luggage and providing information about hotel amenities. Thomas then moved up to the role of Rooms Controller, where they assigned rooms based on guest preferences and managed the mobile guest app.
After that, Thomas joined Castle Hotel as a Group Coordinator, responsible for coordinating group events. Currently, they are working at the Kessler Collection as a Jr Revenue Manager, overseeing the revenue management processes. Most recently, they have been promoted to the role of Area Director of Revenue Management.
Thomas Paterson attended Florida State University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
