Sissie Friedman

Sissie Friedman is a newly retired professional with a robust background in quality assurance, business analysis, and training across various sectors, particularly healthcare and insurance. From 2011 to the present, Sissie held the position of Manager, Quality Assurance and Business Analysis Services at KEPRO, overseeing staff responsible for developing business requirements and ensuring software quality.
