Michelle DiBartolo, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of User Research at The Knot Worldwide since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Lead UX Researcher at athenahealth from April 2020 to August 2021, and a Graduate Research Fellow at The Johns Hopkins University from August 2014 to December 2019, where key contributions involved developing research projects centered on attention and decision-making in digital interfaces. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Research Lab Manager at The Johns Hopkins University, overseeing multi-million dollar grant-funded studies and presenting findings to stakeholders. Prior roles also include Research Specialist at the Medical University of South Carolina and Research Assistant at the College of Charleston. Michelle holds a Ph.D. in Psychological & Brain Sciences and a Master's degree in the same field from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
