Margaux FIGIEL has a diverse work experience history. Margaux started in 2005 as a Chargée de communication at the United Nations. Margaux then worked at L'Oréal as an Assistante chef de projet in 2008. Following that, they joined Yves Rocher as an Assistante chef de produits Skincare in 2009. Margaux then moved to Groupe ETAM where they held various roles, including Chargée de marketing opérationnel, Coordinatrice marketing Europe, and ultimately, Head of International Marketing. Currently, they are the Head Of Global Marketing & Communication at The Kooples since 2021.

Margaux FIGIEL completed their Bachelor's degree in European Business at Dublin City University from 2003 to 2005. Margaux then pursued their CESEM Reims degree in Business Management at NEOMA Business School from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they obtained their Master of Science in Marketing Management from ESSEC Business School. In 2018, Margaux FIGIEL also obtained a certification in Marketing Digital from Unow.
