As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Paul oversees Lane’s financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances. A 25+ year financial executive, Paul’s proven leadership abilities along with a strong focus on long-term planning and financial strategy drive improved compliance and enhance the financial strength of the organization. Prior to joining Lane, Paul spent 15 years of his career working for AECOM. He has a bachelor's degree in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and holds an MBA degree from the University of Southern California.
