Noelle Boyle

Noelle Boyle is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of The Lash Lounge, an upscale eyelash salon in the Austin area, established in August 2017, specializing in various eyelash and brow services. Prior to this, Noelle held multiple senior marketing positions at Dell EMC from 1999 to 2017, including Senior Marketing Manager, where responsibilities involved leading global product review merchandise strategies, and receiving numerous awards for exemplary performance. Other roles included Partner Relationship Manager and Product Marketing Manager, overseeing strategic marketing efforts and product launches. Noelle's early career included senior consulting at Deloitte Consulting and sales at Oracle. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Management and an MBA in Information Systems Management from Texas McCombs School of Business, as well as a BA in Economics from Vassar College.
