Gary E. Bircham

Gary E. Bircham, O.D., serves as the Clinical Director at LASIK Plus in Denver since March 2014, overseeing clinical and administrative functions at one of the nation's highest volume refractive surgical centers. Bircham provides LASER Vision Correction evaluations and preoperative and postoperative care while collaborating with surgeons to optimize treatment plans. Additionally, Bircham is a preceptor for optometry and osteopathy students at various institutions. Bircham's extensive experience includes roles at The LASIK Vision Institute and TLC Laser Eye Centers, along with various part-time and locum tenens positions at optical retailers such as JCPenney, Costco, Walmart, and Target. Bircham holds a Doctorate in Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley, and has a background in music as the front man and lead vocalist for the cover band The Faint Hearts.
