Gretchen Adams has over 15 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and retail sectors, with a focus on operational management and patient service excellence. Currently serving as the Center Manager at The LASIK Vision Institute since June 2016, Gretchen oversees the Topeka clinic's P&L and patient conversion metrics while leading a team of patient care coordinators and surgical technicians. Previous roles include Group Leader at Target, Center Director at Lasik Plus Vision Center, Regional Manager at IntegraMed, Director of Sales at Durrie Vision, Business Repair Supervisor at CenturyLink, and various positions at Sprint. Gretchen holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Friends University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
