Job Summary:

Client care specialists help guide our clients through their entire case process. You are there to help the client understand where they are in each stage of the process, assist them with questions regarding documents or procedures, and set the client up for success from the outset.

Job candidates are required to be bilingual (Spanish-English), have access to reliable internet, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, own equipment, and be excited to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday with a rotative schedule
8am - 5pm
9am - 6pm
10am - 7pm
