Cole Dial has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cole started their career at Indiana University, where they pursued a degree in Public Affairs Management. Cole then worked at RR Donnelley in business development before joining The Fiorentino Group as a Policy Analyst. Cole later served as a Law Clerk to the Executive Partner at Holland & Knight LLP and as an IP Wrangler at Wilson Dutra. Cole also had stints at the Law Offices of Ron Sholes and the Law Offices of Ron Sholes, P.A., holding positions as an Attorney at Law and a Litigation Attorney respectively. In 2015, Cole became a Business Owner at Antler and Ash, a unique open-range therapy setting utilizing horses. Cole is currently a Partner at Pencheff & Fraley Co. LPA.

Cole Dial received their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 2010 to 2014. Cole then pursued a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating between 2014 and 2017. In parallel, they obtained a Master of Public Policy from Jacksonville University, specializing in fields such as Blockchain Technology, Cryptocurrency Regulation, and Program Development, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to these higher education degrees, Cole Dial completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Process Development, at Ivy Tech Community College from 2007 to 2010. Cole also attended Batesville Highschool, although no degree or field of study is specified. Furthermore, they hold additional certifications, including being a certified Community Mediator from the Community Mediation & Justice Center in 2013 and having CPR certification from the Indiana Red Cross, also in 2013. Additionally, they have a certification in Fiber Optics Repair & Installation, obtained during their time in the United States Marine Corps.
