Investigations Team

The Investigations Team at the Law Society of Alberta is responsible for examining allegations of professional misconduct, incompetence, and other breaches of the Rules and Code of Conduct by Alberta lawyers. This team conducts thorough investigations, gathers and analyzes evidence, and works to ensure that any violations are addressed in a manner that upholds the integrity and standards of the legal profession in the public interest.
