Sindy Clifton is Senior Vice President of Lawson Homes as well as President of Lawson Residential Realty. Sindy has been with the company since 1989.
She is responsible for product design, features, and presentation of the residential floor plans, model homes, speculative homes, and customized homes. She oversees contract administration and management of the selection process. Sindy personally meets with all clients to guide them through the process of customizing and building their new home.
Sindy also directly manages the customer Service and Home Warranty Program. She is responsible for all mass marketing, realtor marketing, promotions, and site presentation, as well
as insuring compliance with all real estate and fair housing laws.
She received her Virginia Real Estate Brokers License in 1982.
