Brigitte Van Den Houte

Brigitte Van Den Houte is the current VP of Global Human Resources at The Leading Hotels of the World. Brigitte has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management. Prior to their current role, Brigitte was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Global Talent Management at Pitney Bowes. In this role, Brigitte was responsible for leading the Global Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, and Talent Management initiatives. Brigitte has also held HR roles at PB Gelatins Belgium - Tessenderlo Group and ONSITE (later AUSY, now part of Randstad).

Brigitte Van Den Houte reports to Shannon Knapp, President, CEO. They work with Deniz Omurgonulsen - VP, Membership, Chris Walker - SVP, Global Sales, and Phil Koserowski - SVP & Chief Marketing Officer.
