Dan Ferrandino

Dan Ferrandino is currently the CEO at The Learning People. Prior to this, they were with Babington from April 2021 to December 2021 as a business consultant. Before that, they were with SAP from February 2021 to April 2021 in the same capacity.

Ferrandino's longest previous stint was with Capita, where they served as Managing Director from July 2016 to January 2021. At Capita, Ferrandino oversaw a team that delivered market-leading, end-to-end learning and development services. This was made possible by uniting unique brands under one common aim: to deliver outstanding performance results. The team's range of expertise encompassed Knowledgepool, Brightwave, Blue Sky, G2G3, and the Fire Service College.

Dan Ferrandino's educational career includes attending the University of Exeter and receiving certification from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute) in Fellow.
