Jay Aldrich

Jay Aldrich is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Legal Aid Society of Rochester, New York since July 2015, Jay has previously held similar positions at the Urban League of Rochester from May 2013 to July 2015 and as Human Resources Manager at the Communication Center for Hearing & Speech from October 2011 to October 2012. Earlier in the career, Jay worked as a Human Resources Benefits Specialist at Reliant Community Federal Credit Union and as a Human Resources Generalist at Finger Lakes Gaming. Jay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Brockport and a Human Resources Certification from Cornell University.
