Michael Epsenhart has worked in the customer service industry since 2002. Michael began their career at Verizon Wireless as a Customer Support Specialist and then moved to TSYS in 2005, where they served as Lead Sales Analyst, Product Manager, and Technical Support Supervisor. In 2011, Epsenhart joined TaskUs.com as Senior Director Operations, where they created processes and procedures to scale the operations group, designed security procedures, and facilitated the company joining the US Safe Harbor program. In 2013, they became a Customer Service Manager at Micro Solutions Enterprises and then moved to New Matter in 2015 as a Technical Customer Service Manager. Most recently, Epsenhart has been a Senior Manager Customer Success at Wag Labs Inc. since 2018 and is currently a Customer Service Manager at The Legends Brand.
