Lauren Taylor

Lauren Taylor is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Insights Business Partner for the Americas at the LEGO Group since December 2023. Lauren has a strong background in operations and business development, having co-founded and served as COO at 3XR Inc., and founded The Fractional Operators. Lauren also held the position of VP of Operations at Luminai, focusing on enhancing customer support systems. Additional roles include serving as a Core Community Member at Underscore VC, General Manager at WS Development, and Senior Operations Manager at Wayfair. Lauren holds an MBA in Marketing from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Psychology and Education from Colby College.
