Paolo Cordella

Paolo Cordella is a seasoned professional in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Director of Data Science and AI at the LEGO Group since April 2015, where Paolo oversees demand forecasting products. Prior to this role, Paolo held various positions at SKIM from April 2010 to April 2015, including Lead Data Scientist, Manager of Advanced Analytics, Market Research Consultant, and Market Research Analyst. Their early career included an internship at the European Central Bank as part of the Statistics Traineeship Program in 2009. Paolo holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Economics from KU Leuven and an MSc in Economics, as well as a BS in Business Administration, both from Università Bocconi.
