Zahed Kamathia

Zahed Kamathia is an experienced executive in talent management and organizational transformation, currently serving as VP and Global Head of Talent at the LEGO Group since January 2016. Responsibilities include designing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives, leading talent management, and succession planning. Previously, Zahed held several senior roles at GSK from June 2008 to December 2015, including Head of PMO & Transformation for Europe, where Zahed led a major organizational restructuring and strategic planning efforts across 28 markets. Additional roles at GSK involved driving global business transformation and Lean Sigma efficiency programs. Zahed also served as Senior Strategic Planning Manager at Visa Europe from July 2002 to May 2008, overseeing strategic initiatives and performance management. Early career experience includes project management in Six Sigma at General Electric. Zahed holds an MBA from The Open University Business School and a BA (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of the West of England.
