Trudy Church

Trudy Church has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Trudy is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the Liberal Democrats, where they are responsible for HR, compliance, facilities, and customer service. Trudy also oversees transformational change within the organization. Prior to this, Trudy worked as the Director of Operations at the Liberal Democrats and as the Operations Director at RHP Group, where they improved engagement and performance and managed budgets and contracts worth millions. Trudy also served as the Interim Head of HR at RHP Group and as an Interim HR Project Manager at G4S. Trudy has experience working in the healthcare industry as well, having held positions such as Head of Operations and Head of Client Relations at Alliance Healthcare UK. In these roles, they were involved in contract negotiations, talent management, and IT transformation projects. Trudy's previous experience also includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Unum, a Regional HR Manager at Newsquest, and an HR Officer at Atkins.

Trudy Church's education history is as follows:

Trudy Church attended Tolworth Girls School from 1985 to 1991. During their time there, they studied Government and Politics, Sociology, and Art. After completing high school, Trudy attended Kingston University from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture.

Later, from 2001 to 2003, Trudy attended Kingston University again, this time obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. In 2011, they briefly attended Roffey Park Institute to study Strategic HR Business Partnership, although the degree name is not provided.

Additionally, Trudy obtained a certification called the Thomas Perform Certified Course from Thomas International in February 2023.
