Pat Sangimino

Pat Sangimino is an experienced journalist with a strong background in editorial leadership and freelance reporting. Currently serving as the News Editor at the Lincoln Journal Star since April 2018, Pat has also operated as a freelance journalist under Patrick Sangimino LLC since March 2017. Previous roles include Corporate Journalist at News Link and a series of editorial positions at various publications, including The Hutchinson News and Wichita Business Journal. Pat’s work has garnered multiple awards, particularly in sports journalism, where leadership and innovative coverage philosophies were implemented. Pat holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from San Jose State University and an Associate's degree in Journalism from Skyline College.
