Olivia Katsoudas

Olivia Katsoudas is an Associate Project Manager at The Link Group, with previous experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Covanta, where data analysis and process optimization were key responsibilities. At the Developmental Personality Neuroscience Lab, Olivia contributed to research by processing participant data and developing surveys, while also serving as Director of Recruitment Events for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity, where strategic planning and organization led to significant membership growth. Additional roles included Shift Lead at Clean Juice, where management and customer service skills were honed, and Social Media Chair for Orthodox Christian Fellowship, focusing on community engagement. Olivia holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Statistics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
