Mark Gregory

Mark Gregory is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research strategy and not-for-profit management. Currently serving as an Advisor in Research Strategy at the University of Melbourne since July 2019, Mark has held multiple roles, including Senior Advisor and International Research Project Officer. In addition, Mark is a co-founding member of Laneway Learning, a not-for-profit organization in Melbourne providing affordable night classes, where contributions as Chairperson, General Manager, and Director have significantly shaped its development. Mark's background includes a role as Development Manager at the Australian Institute for Musculoskeletal Science and a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Melbourne, alongside various research and editorial positions throughout a robust academic journey culminating in a PhD in Organic Chemistry.
