Parks Tompkins has a diverse work experience. Parks began their career as a Senior Counselor at YMCA Camp Cheerio in 2014. In 2016, they interned as a Recruiting Intern at Turas Recruiting Group and worked as a Consulting Team Analyst at UNC College of Arts & Sciences Strategic Planning. Since 2017, Parks has been working at The Link Group, starting as an Associate Project Manager and progressing to roles such as Research Manager and Senior Research Manager. Currently, they work as the Research Director at The Link Group, overseeing various research projects.
