Delster Tanedo has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and software development. Delster is a certified professional with CISSP, CCSP, and CISM qualifications.

In 2013, Delster began their career as a Software Engineer at Narra Systems LLC, where they worked until 2014. Delster then joined EMIS - A Euromoney Institutional Investor Company as a Product Developer from 2014 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Delster worked as a Quality Engineer at PayMaya Philippines. Following that, they joined ING Philippines in 2018 and held multiple roles. Delster started as a Test Engineer before being promoted to Senior Test Engineer. In 2020, they became a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, a position they held until 2022.

In 2022, Delster joined Maya as the Lead DevSecOps Engineer. Delster is currently working in this role.

Delster's latest work experience includes being an Authorized Instructor at The Linux Foundation from 2023 onwards.

Delster Tanedo's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at the University of Santo Tomas. Delster pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, completing their studies in 2012.

Delster has further expanded their knowledge and expertise through various additional certifications. Delster obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in November 2020. Additionally, they hold the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Developer – Associate certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in March 2020 and August 2020, respectively.

Delster has also pursued certifications related to Kubernetes, a popular container orchestration platform. Delster holds the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification and the Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification, both from The Linux Foundation, acquired in July 2021 and September 2021, respectively. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) certification from The Linux Foundation in September 2021.

Delster's commitment to cybersecurity is reflected in their achievement of the Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP) and Information Systems Security Management Professional (CISSP-ISSMP) certifications from (ISC)², obtained in September 2022 and November 2022, respectively.

Delster has also engaged in continuous learning and skill development through various online courses and certifications. Delster has obtained certifications in practical privacy, securing cryptocurrencies, and privacy by design, among others, from LinkedIn. Additionally, they hold certificates in Kubernetes fundamentals and Kubernetes administration from The Linux Foundation, acquired in February 2023.

Lastly, Delster holds the Licensed Electronics and Communication Engineer certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission, obtained in October 2012.
