Julia Ritter

Julia Ritter has extensive work experience in community management, project management, and marketing. Julia currently works as the Sr Developer Community and Project Manager at FINOS since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr Community Manager at The Linux Foundation starting in May 2020. From July 2020 to May 2021, Julia was a Product Manager at Witbe. Before that, they worked as a Community Manager at Jitjatjo from July 2018 to July 2020, and as a Community Project Manager at Applause from July 2016 to July 2018. Julia also gained experience in marketing and public relations as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Rhode Island Marine Trades Association from June 2016 to August 2016. Julia also has experience in event management and marketing strategies from their role as a Marketing & Tournament Management Intern at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2015. In addition, they gained experience in collections and preservation as a Collections and Preservation Intern at The Preservation Society of Newport County from April 2013 to June 2013.

Julia Ritter completed their high school education at Rocky Hill School from 2008 to 2012. Julia then attended Roanoke College from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing. Julia also pursued a second degree at Roanoke College in Communications and Spanish during the same time period.
