Shamik Mishra

Shamik Mishra is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in connectivity, communications technology, and innovation. Currently serving as CTO, Connectivity and Vice President at Capgemini Engineering since January 2021, Shamik leads initiatives in connectivity technology, client solutions, and architectural innovation. Shamik's previous roles include Board Member of the Technical Advisory Council at LF Edge and Vice President & Global Industry Chief Architect at Altran, where responsibilities encompassed technology strategy for Future of Networks and Compute. Earlier positions at Aricent involved leadership in technology innovation and cloud solutions across various capacities. Shamik began a career in software engineering at Hughes Software Systems, focusing on 3G technology. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Shamik obtained an Integrated Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Computing.
