Julius Cave

Julius Cave has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the field of education and other industries. Their most recent position is as the Program Manager for the Leading Men Fellowship at The Literacy Lab, where they create opportunities for young men of color in the field of education. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Director for Jumpstart at Georgia State University. Julius also has experience as a Tutor at Revolution Prep and as a Co-Founder of Dope Coffee Company. In terms of their education career, Julius has worked as a Teacher at KIPP STRIVE Academy and as the Dean of Students for the Middle School at Freedom Preparatory Academy Charter Schools. Julius has also held roles as a Graduate Fellow at Shelby County Schools through Education Pioneers and as a Jumpstart Site Manager at Georgia Institute of Technology. Earlier in their career, Julius worked as a Learning Coach at Pro-Vision Charter School and as a Market Research Analyst at Northstar Travel Media.

Julius Cave obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wake Forest University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Julius further pursued their education at the Wake Forest University School of Business, earning a Master of Arts degree in Management from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, Julius Cave obtained certifications in "Coaching and Developing Employees" and "Managing Teams" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
