Program Management

The Program Management team at The Literacy Lab oversees the implementation and effectiveness of literacy interventions in high-need preschools and elementary schools. They coordinate program operations, manage regional initiatives, and ensure that interventions are delivered consistently and effectively. This team supports and supervises tutors, maintains partnerships with local schools, and continuously evaluates the program to enhance its impact on children's academic success.
