Ben Hedley

Ben Hedley has had a long and varied career, beginning in 2002 when they served as Head of Pricing and Board Advisor for DHL. In 2005, they became Commercial Director for Outcome Technologies at Bupa. From 2006 to 2007, they were an Associate at Maddox Consulting. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Co-Founder at Clear. During 2008, they worked as an Innovation & Strategy Consultant for various companies. From 2010 to 2011, they were a British Ski Team Speed Skier for GB Snowsport. From 2011 to 2015, they were Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer/Transaction Lead at The Expert Academy. From 2016 to 2018, they were Founder at Serendipity. In 2018, they became CEO of The Little Car Company, where they oversee the production of officially sanctioned junior cars for the world's greatest automotive brands.

Ben Hedley received their Master of Arts (MA) in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 2000, after having received their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering from the same institution between 1996 and 1999. Prior to that, they attended Ipswich School from 1983 to 1995.
