The Little Nell's leadership team has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Chef de Cuisine James Beard nominee Robert McCormick has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the country, including BB's Aspen and Rancho Valencia. Executive Chef and Managing Partner Monette Murray is a certified Master Sommelier who has overseen dining operations at the Mauna Kea Resort and Malibu Golf Club. Director of Events & Social Media Amy Seiwert is a columnist for The Aspen Times with a background in event planning and marketing.
