Thomas Rogers

Thomas Rogers has a diverse work experience in compliance and operational roles. Thomas currently serves as the Managing Director of Compliance at The Loan Store, Inc. Thomas was previously the Managing Director and Senior Director of Compliance at Homepoint, where they held various compliance management positions from 2016 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Compliance Analyst and RESPA/Disclosures Specialist at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation. Thomas began their career as the Director of Operational Excellence at Chick-fil-A.

Thomas Rogers completed their high school education at Roncalli High School from 2004 to 2008, earning their high school diploma. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Ball State University's Miller College of Business from 2008 to 2012.
