Meghann Kreiner

Meghann Kreiner, MBA has extensive experience in the healthcare marketing and communications industry. Meghann began their career at Starkman & Associates, where they worked as a Senior Associate from November 2003 to November 2007. Meghann then joined Medicus International, a Division of Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, where they held various positions including Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, and finally, Senior Account Manager. During their time at Medicus International, they successfully pitched and won the HIV portfolio business for a major pharmaceutical company and organically grew the business by over 100%. Meghann also implemented processes to effectively manage internal company resources and trained and managed junior staff and teams. In 2011, they joined Phase Five Communications, a Division of Grey Healthcare Group, as an Account Supervisor. In this role, they managed and ensured the profitability of numerous pharmaceutical accounts, supervised the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, and managed budgets and profitability. In their most recent position as Group Vice President, Client Services at Lockwood, they oversee client services and holds the title of SVP, Group Account Director.
