Wouter Hielckert

Wouter Hielckert is an experienced Optimization Solution Architect currently at The Logic Factory since August 2023, where responsibilities include leading a Quintiq software implementation for a notable U.K. client. Previously, Wouter Hielckert worked at Dassault Systèmes from June 2015 to July 2023, directing the design and implementation of Quintiq optimization solutions in North America, achieving significant efficiency improvements for various clients including DOT Foods and ArcelorMittal. Wouter Hielckert also served as an Operations Research Scientist Team Lead, managing a team and executing optimization projects for high-profile companies such as Walmart and Boeing. Early career experiences include roles as a Software Engineer at CCmath, a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan, and a teaching assistant at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Wouter Hielckert holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
