Rozie Bacchi

Rozie Bacchi is an experienced concierge with a strong background in hospitality management, currently serving at The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills since April 2022. Prior experience includes notable positions at Four Seasons Hotel (July 2019 - April 2022), where exceptional service contributed to Forbes 5-Star ratings, and Intercontinental Hotel Group (January 2016 - July 2019), focusing on creating memorable client experiences through personalized itineraries and reservations. Rozie began a career in hospitality at SLS Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills (2008 - January 2016), after completing the prestigious Starwood ADP program. Earlier positions included serving as a server/captain at The Bazaar by José Andrés and head bartender/trainer at Bar Six from 1997 to 2008.
