Leneé Cook-Braxton, Psy.D., M.S., RYT, serves as the Chief Wellness Officer for the Global Flag Football League™ and is also a Virtual Intensive Outpatient Group Facilitator at Comprehensive Wellness Centers. As a Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates and a Health, Mental Skills, Mindfulness Consultant, and Speaker for Varsity Brands, Leneé brings extensive wellness expertise. Leneé founded and serves as CEO of Holistic Performance Center™, specializing in Integrative Mental Skills Coaching and Performance Psychology. In addition to these roles, Leneé is an Adjunct Faculty member at Saybrook University, facilitating a course on Mind, Body, Spirit Integration, and a Senior Columnist for The Los Angeles Tribune. Leneé's experience includes freelance writing for various companies and previous contributions as a co-host for the Mindful Business Renegades Podcast. Leneé holds advanced degrees in Psychology, Mind-Body Medicine, and Exercise Science, complementing a background in Dance and Theatre, as well as a paralegal certification.
