Hermisa Rivera

Hermisa Rivera is an experienced retail operations manager with a diverse background in the industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Retail Operations Manager at Lovesac since November 2020, Hermisa previously held the position of Retail Operations Manager at Tory Burch from May 2016 to April 2019. Prior to that, Hermisa worked at David Yurman as Communications Manager and then as Manager of Retail Communications and Education. Additional experience includes key roles at Lacoste, progressing from Retail Operations Associate to Manager of Multi-Channel Calendar & Communications, and a position at the New York Mets as a member of the Pepsi Party Patrol. Hermisa holds a B.S. in Communications from St. John's University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
